“Forming A Movement” is a conceptual sound and movement piece written and directed by Idalia Buddington. The performance intertwines Buddington’s experiences as an Occupy Wall Street protestor, and her relationship with her father. A minimal, moveable set becomes a part of the dance, choreographed to transform from scene to scene. Interior illumination highlights portions of the stage, or creates the backdrop reminiscent of a city skyline.
